We have found that it is important for our clients to get an idea of who we are if they do not know us already. Many of our clients are referred to us through our community. But we do meet new clients who are meeting us for the first time right here on our site. First off, we are married and business partners. We have a son who attends school in La Jolla. We absolutely love living and working in such a wonderful beach community. We work side by side as realtors with Maxine & Marti Gellens in La Jolla, a mother/daughter team with over 40+ years of local real estate experience. Yes, we are a team on a team. It is our experience that buying and selling a home is very personal and emotional, and often one of the biggest financial decisions you will make.
I’m a La Jolla native, and I have lived in either La Jolla or North County my entire life, with some extended times spent in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico, and Tavarua, Fiji. I started working as a residential realtor with my wife Christy Littlemore, Maxine and Marti Gellens in 2013 specializing in the luxury market in La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe and North County. I originally started my real estate career in the foreclosure market working for investors. After five years of working in that market, I decided to move to residential real estate where I could really help my clients achieve their real estate dreams and help them make good real estate decisions. My father was a residential real estate broker for 30 years in La Jolla, so making the transition for me was very natural. I grew up knowing a lot of the established real estate teams in La Jolla. I attended La Jolla Elementary and Muirlands Middle School in La Jolla and Torrey Pines High school in Del Mar. As a result, I’ve developed longstanding relationships with many people in the La Jolla and Del Mar real estate and beach communities. I have an entrepreneurial spirit, which is much needed in real estate and in all business. Prior to real estate I created and launched, with my brother, a successful surf sunscreen brand, Headhunter Suncare, which is still thriving and sold world- wide today. I truly enjoy working in residential real estate with my wife. However, what I love the most is helping my clients achieve their real estate dreams, for many that is buying a home by the beach.
I fell in love with San Diego’s charming beach communities and amazing homes the first time I came to visit over 30 years ago as a young teenager. Right away I began to dream of moving to the beach and attending San Diego State University. In 1995 my dream to came true, and in 2000 I graduated from SDSU with a BA in Liberal Studies and a teaching credential. From 2000-2012 I taught elementary school and middle school throughout San Diego, after which I decided to switch careers to real estate. In 2000 Drew and I met here in La Jolla, we got married, and later had our son who now attends high school in La Jolla. Since switching careers to real estate, I’ve stayed involved with the La Jolla schools via our La Jolla Cluster group, as well as chaired the Muirlands Middle School Foundation from 2018-2020. My education, connection within our schools, and current involvement with the district provides my clients with an inside look at what to expect from our local education system. In the past 8 years, Drew and I have assisted over 65 families either relocate to San Diego or sell their home here. I truly love helping our clients achieve their real estate goals and dreams.
